A: We adopts the 5R principle to ensure the “right quality” from the “right supplier” with “right quantity” of materials at the “right time” with “right price” to maintain normal production and sales activities.
A:We work closely with our component suppliers such as Philips, OSRAM, MEAN WELL, Inventronics, Sosen, etc.

4.Production
A: In the process of product production, we have our own quality inspection standards and processes, with constant temperature and humidity test cabinets, high and low voltage test benches, leakage testers, light distribution testers, integrating spheres, aging tables and other advanced testing equipment, to ensure that each step of the product quality is controllable.
Our production traceability process is mainly divided into five system inspection processes: incoming materials and inspection process, warehouse receiving and dispatching process, product manufacturing process, delivery process, and after-sales service process to ensure quality.
A: W3-8 working days for sample order. 10-15 working days for mass production.
A: 1pc sample order is available. Specific MOQ for each product can be found in the quotation.
A: We are able to offer cost-effective ODM/OEM service to our clients efficiently.
A: 3-5 years warranty. Other warranty can support based on the requirement.
5.Shipment
A: Our packaging is design for shipping resistant. Specialized packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional costs.
A:We can support you with product shipping based on the product quantity and weight. There are several ways of shipment such as air, sea, train and even truck.
6.Payment method
A: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment.More payment methods depended on requirement.
