  • The factors considered in tunnel lighting design are length, line, interior, road surface type, the presence of sidewalks, the structure of the link road, design speed, traffic volume and car type, etc., and also consider the light source light color, lamps, arrangement, lighting level, brightness outside the cave and the human eye to adapt to the state, tunnel lighting design is to solve this series of problems.

  • Luminaire technical requirements

     

    1. The initial luminous efficacy of road tunnel LED luminaires should not be less than 120 lm/W.

     

    2. The initial luminous flux of the road tunnel LED luminaire should not be less than 90% of the rated luminous flux, and should not be greater than 120% of the rated luminous flux.

     

    3.Highway tunnel LED luminous flux maintenance rate should meet the following requirements. (a) the luminous flux maintenance rate should be greater than 97% after 3000 h of continuous lighting; after 6000 h of continuous lighting after continuous lighting 6000 h, should be greater than 94%; after continuous lighting 10000 h, should be greater than 90%. (b) lamps and lanterns in the lighting system under normal conditions of lighting, L70 (h) should be greater than 55000 h.

     

    4. In the normal ambient temperature working conditions of road tunnels, LED lamps and lanterns junction temperature rise △ T should not be higher than 25 ℃. 5. Road tunnel LED luminaire color rendering index average Ra should not be less than 70. 6. Road tunnel LED lamps and lanterns light distribution should be based on the longitudinal uniformity of road surface brightness UL, cloth light spacing S design . Longitudinal beam angle α, different UL, S LED lamps and lanterns longitudinal beam angle α should not be less than the value in Table 1.

  • Lighting Brightness

    In the design stage of LED lighting system for new road tunnels, if there is no actual measurement data on the brightness L20(S) outside the tunnel, the initial selection of L20(S) can be obtained by referring to Table 2.

    L20(S) can be obtained by referring to Table 2. When the civil construction of the new road tunnel is completed, the brightness outside the tunnel should be L20(S) should be measured. If the error between the measured value and the design value exceeds ±15%, it is appropriate to adjust the actual test results.

  • Implementation

    Determine the installation location

    Highway tunnel brightness detection equipment should be installed at a parking distance DS from the tunnel entrance, and as close to the lane as possible without affecting the vehicle movement. The stopping distance DS should be taken according to Table 5.

Adjust the installation height

 

Road tunnel brightness detection equipment outside the cave should have a special column bracket, installed at a height of 1.5 m~2.5 m from the ground.

 

1. Calibrate the lens direction and angle

 

Highway tunnel brightness detection equipment probe points to the direction of the center of the tunnel opening, the probe center is aligned with the tunnel

 

The center of the probe is aligned with the center axis of the tunnel entrance and 1/4 of the tunnel net height from the ground.

3 Finished product protection
